On devices without home indicators, the battery percentage is nice to have in the status bar.

Apple doesn't allow it. This is impossible

This is now possible in the newest iOS 16 beta @jordanhbuiltbyhq

Oh I think there was a misunderstanding. The request was to show the percentage on devices which don’t have a notch, as shown in the screenshot. Not to show percentage on devices which do have a notch which yah wasn’t possible until now.
