Templates-Costs: Remove green text from when no costs is chosen

Describe the bug
The costs table is removed when no costs are chosen, but the green text remains. It should also be removed though.

Is this a regression?
No.

Expected behavior
Green text should be removed together with table when no costs is chosenn

Environment
