The background behind the title should be this image. However it fails to load in modern browsers, because of cross-site issues.

Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at http://tf.lfprojects.linuxfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/73/2018/03/fabric.jpg (“default-src”).
