<dcterms:description>Arthur Edward Peck was born on December 4, 1886 in Blossburg, PA. He was a student at the Bloomsburg State Normal School from 1906-1907. While in France during the war, Peck was enrolled in the Heavy Artillery School and served with a supply unit. Following the war he worked in New York and Massachusetts and during World War II was stationed at Fort Monroe, VA. Peck died on September 27, 1960 and is buried in Blossburg.</dcterms:description>
