How do we make the excel file with 'PatientID', 'CoordZ', 'CoordY', 'CoordX', 'Diameter [mm]', 'LesionID' for nodule classification?

This file has to be made from the dataset you want to apply the nodule classification on. For every nodule, this file contains a row with the patientID, LesionID, world coordinates and the diameter. An example file is given in this Git: Classification - application on new dataset/ExampleExcelFiles/annotations.xlsx
