Cannot preview draft without an existing curation request #16

Because the "preview" button needs the draft to be error-free, not having an open curation review prevents the "preview" button from working.

As a user, I would like to preview my draft before creating a curation review, as a sanity check before starting the review.

Related to #14
If no validation error is reported with regards to curation, this issue becomes irrelevant.

I also do not really understand why a draft has to be in a certain state before it can be previewed but that is an InvenioRDM decision
