Describe the nature of the enhancement

As a random person stumbling upon this storybook, perhaps with no priors about storybook itself
I want to know what i'm looking at and why I care
so that I can pick up what Truss is putting down

Anything else?

Consider, for example:

Adding a landing page to load first when going to storybook root
Reordering page so that the full pages (i.e. context) come before specific components
Adding a USWDS or Truss theme
