Describe the bug
Nothing is created in the s3 log bucket.

To Reproduce

  1. Just create this module with defaults.

Expected behavior
I expect that s3 log bucket should have logs.

Additional context
I don't understand how logging can work if "default_allow = false" is hardcoded for the terraform_state_bucket_logs module and nothing is allowed.
