Implementing a special case of the Hennemann-Gassner shock capturing for weak-form volume terms that does not require running the more expensive flux_central flux differencing would be nice. This could, for example, improve the performance for people working on new systems for which there are no entropy-conservative or otherwise nice two-point volume fluxes.
