I just created credential 9a03c77a-5248-45c4-ad4c-d910eadb93c5 through the node createCredential call and got an offerData field in the response JSON ending in %3D%3D which is invalid base64. (I got the same result on the invitation field in an invitation for connection ID 'd481652c-052e-4f26-9744-346799cdb3bb'.)
