Hello, I'm having an error while trying to use the messenger option

// Open Messenger Activity
                                Kayako.getInstance().getMessenger()

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to start activity ComponentInfo{com.yeiksof.droidcar/com.kayako.sdk.android.k5.activities.KayakoMessengerActivity}: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Only fullscreen activities can request orientation
