  1. Update Box2D with the latest one.
  2. Native distro builds in CI should use system-wide libBox2D if available.
  3. Check that Dependabot updates submodule.
  4. TS uses patched version of Box2D . If it is not possible to megrate to the latest release, our patches should be send to upstream/mainline too.
