When I run my node server using example code i got following error

 throw new assert.AssertionError({
        ^
AssertionError: "undefined" == true

That comes from not defining adminDn in the options when executing new LdapAuth (see the source)

what if I don't want to use adminDn

I'm getting the same error in the same spot (ldapauth.js:56:10) and I'm defining all of the required options.

hiteshtr, did you figure out what was wrong in your case?

@jrode the problem is same as @vesse said in his reply I was not defining adminDn after that I defined adminDn with my credentials and problem solved
