The latest Firefox appears to have deprecated some features required by TabTree. Are there any plans to support the latest version? If not, does anyone know of good alternatives?

the original "Tree Style Tab" that inspired TabTree (according to the description here on github) has apparently been reworked to support Firefox 57:

Sorry about that. Didn't realize there was another issue that far back. My lack of understanding the issue at hand makes it hard to find. Thank you for the suggestions, though #187 doesn't directly answer my first question.

Man, I miss this extension so much... other plugins do offer the tree, but are missing small details: none of the plugins mentioned above for example have the behavior that you can jump between the two last used tabs if you click on a tab and then click the same tab again.

I've got soooo used to that, that it's difficult to adapt to other plugins which do not offer the same experience.

I'm thinking of just installing Fx 56 again and not updating.

I tried https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tree-style-tab/. It does not remove the regular tab bar, though. That's one downside .

Does @traxium have any plans of making Tab Tree compatible. This extension is one of my favorite extensions.

"Tree Style Tab" has problem with "auto-hide" side bar function. It always need to click the edge line to hide completely.
"Tree Tabs" just don't work. No side bar.
Using Firefox52 and compatible version of the addons. Not sure if the new versions have fixed them.
