Apologies if this is not possible to do in Firefox, but here is an idea.

So I work with two monitors, one set horizontally, and the other vertically (better for coding and seeing some webpages).

Since I have to have too many tabs open, vertical tabs are for me a must in one monitor. However, in the other, vertical tabs takes very valuable space. Ideally, I would love to have enable it Tab Tree just for one window/monitor, or at least would be nice to have the option to enable auto hide in just on window.
I was able to kind of accomplish this with tree style tabs, you can check or uncheck tabs auto hide right clicking on the tab tree of the window, and it is actually kept between sessions. But Tab Tree is a lot more responsive, so I prefer to use this addon, but the lack of that functionality is not ideal.
