Feature Request: Add switches for pfblockerng.

Add switches to control pfblockerng's DNSBL (perhaps via sending python_control commands (via DNS TXT)).

One caveat: The python_control feature is limited to DNS TXT records sent from pfSense localhost (127.0.0.1) only, so this might require using the main credential.

Example use case: It'd be really great to be able to pause DNSBL for an hour, triggered by HomeAssistant.
