Add Calendar Dates model/loader to gtfs parsing code

In the interest of reusing this code to help generate legacy benchmarks for t-performance-dashboard, we need to be able to input a date and get the relevant schedule info for that date. This means incorporating the schedule exceptions listed in calendar_dates.txt
