The colours are set in the code. You could change them if you set up your own version of trademapper. You could edit the CSS using dev tools to make temporary changes.

You can add up to three layers to your map in TopoJSON format. Use files < 1Mb in size; larger files cause performance issues. Layers must be in WGS84. Convert and simplify map files at mapshaper.
