If keeping the dropdown navigator, then this needs to be fixed.
(If changing the navigator, then doesn't need to be fixed.)

Maybe edit Javascript such that if the dropdown value is null, don't add "_Overview.html". Instead... do nothing? vs... go to free-text search page?
