How rwt_moveit publishes web contents needs improved #43

I'm not sure how easy or not to implement this. Just thoughts for now.

Currently rwt_moveit requires:

  • Makefile to be run manually. This should be integrated into cmake process.
  • www folder in the robot package.
    • e.g. For vs060 package, Makefile requires vs060/www in order to publish web contents.
    • The folder vs060/www is, by the way, not installed in DEB so rwt_moveit users need to manually create it.
