[Error 20045] Your region is wrong, try another one. I had the same issue when giving the script that gets the key the argument global, I tried with europe and it worked. Just try to run the script will all regions (india, global, china, russia, europe) and see if it works.

I checked every region in europe and the 2nd time I got this error :/ and the account is authorized and on the tel the option to unlock is clicked and the device has been assigned to the account

Try MiUnlockTool and post this result if possible.
