Is there any configuration or method to compress the old log files when opening the App?

Hello, as shown below, some files are not compressed because the APP is not always open. I would like to ask how to configure it or is there any method that can help me start up and compress the old logs?

As shown in the picture above, I want to compress them together every time when automatic scrolling reaches 0 o'clock. If there are log files with the same date, what do I need to do to use custom compression logic? Is there any exposed interface? Or how to configure it to achieve this requirement
