Wierd Download Issue

When i add a new Download it sometimes shows this Error. Some Of the Files upon a second try Download while others cant be downloaded. From what i can read it has something to do with either the Path to the Download Location or the Filename. Is this a issue on my part or?

I think this may be due to a duplicate between the file you want to download and the file in your download folder/path
