[Feature Request] Ability to play sounds

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is a feature request to add another notification option to the Echo devices: sounds / sound effects

Describe the solution you'd like
An additional command option to replay simple short sounds, so we can alert people with sounds, like a ping when a door opens, or a chime when movement is detected, etc. You don't always want Alexa talking to you, sometimes a simple sound is sufficient.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I considered playback of sounds as 'music', but none of the free or already paid for options allow me to upload soundfiles of my own.

Additional context
The API has calls for playing back sounds, but I have no idea how to utilise those from the Hubitat environment
