Rate limiting

Hello,

I read in the Documentation that there is a possibility to change the rate limiting but no example how to do it?
Unless i'm looking over it, then I aplogize!

We've hit this error ->403 urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited: Your IP, xxxxxx, has been blocked due to extremely high traffic. Once corrected, request a review by emailing [email protected]

We have about 100 routes for 1 project and I assume this is causing too many requests, for example on a migration.
