There is a problem that can't parse chinese char in the *.dbf file just like the above show , can you fix it ? #31

If I don't have a file that produces the problem I can't look at it and fix if its a legit bug, or ignore it |
There is a picture that can display the true value in the shp file attribute,you can read it by shapefile-rs .

sorry,i have send last emai contain a test shapefile attachment.but in the github the attachment info missed.you can copy the chinese chars "测试数据" to shapefile text field content.so you can test your shapefile-rs read attribute method.
