- 16oz portabella mushrooms (not too big)
- 8oz cream cheese
- 4oz feta
- 1T Opa! Greek seasoning
- 16oz thin-cut bacon
- Mix feta and room-temperature cream cheese in a bown with seasoning.
- De-stem mushrooms.
- Spoon cheese mixture into mushrooms.
- Cut bacon strips in half
- Wrap mushrooms with bacon (secure with toothpick)
- Bake at 425 for 22 minutes or until bacon looks yummy
