I found the solution in the Rainmeter forum: https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?p=223786#p223784 You must change the API key in the following file:
The new API key:
After updating the skin, the weather worked again for me. |

Same as @ptmlst , I do not see the Includes folder in the @Resources folder. No API key anywhere to be found. Did you ever figure it out? |
I'm getting errors in the log for the Weather widget. Most of the form:
Invalid TimeStampFormat: %Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S (Win10 Widgets\Weather\Weather-ExtraLarge.ini - [@ForecastTodayDayShort])
