Add featured image key to front matter, blog parsing, and the template itself.

Describe the solution you'd like
a url in the front matter key for featured image should display at the top of the blog post as well as in the metadata unfurl for a given post, if it exists

  • blog post has front matter & template support for featured images
  • add default unfurl image

not sure if i actually want to add images to most blog posts, but it would be nice to have the flexibility. maybe some of the recipe posts
