unable to load google translations in IE

Tested on IE 11 -- User is able to click the translate button, but no translation occurs. Seen on poletop finder, hurricane, and PODS

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed on our end based on what I'm seeing in this thread... https://support.google.com/translate/thread/47492086?hl=en

This doesn't seem to be happening anymore on Edge. I'm on version 86.0.622.69 (Official build) (64-bit). On IE 11, I am still having this problem. Doesn't look like it's being fixed. Even navigating to translate.google.com while on IE 11 redirects you to the page on Edge and tells you that google translate is incompatible.
