Customer is looking for schema management tools like https://atlasgo.io/guides/clickhouse?utm_source=clickhouse&utm_term=knowledge or https://contribute.liquibase.com/extensions-integrations/directory/database-support/

This terraform provider is close to what they are looking for, can we make such provider support OnPrem

The current terraform is focusing on Timeplus Cloud. We need to support self-hosting Timeplus Enterprise with username/password.
