Spigot Version: 1.12.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT

SilkSpawners version: 5.0.0

Suggestion: Say the drop chance is 50% when mining a spawner, after the player mines a wild spawner which then will register the spawner that a player owns which will then become 100% chance when mining it again. Is that a possibility?

The reason for this suggestion is due to the problem when players placed a spawner onto their base it becomes a big risk when shifting positions of the spawner as the player gets more materials and prefers to redesign base builds.
