Thank you for sharing the code!

I attempted to reproduce the performance of TimeXer on the Meteorology dataset but encountered some discrepancies.

Command executed:

bash ./scripts/forecast_exogenous/meteorology/temp.sh

Results:

  • The paper reports an MSE of 0.200, but I obtained an MSE of 0.203.
  • Additionally, this performance was achieved in the first epoch itself, with the model's performance deteriorating in subsequent epochs.

Attached log file for reference: meteorology_temp.txt

The environment was set up using the provided requirements.txt file. Could you please provide guidance on what might be causing this discrepancy?
