Adapt the title and file pattern to NNNN-title-with-dashes.md for MADR. Or maybe an option to choose or customize the pattern.

Context

Now, ordering by date is not showing the real order for the ADRs, if you create a few on the same day is a bit confusing in editor and in the web view.
