Add a bbox endpoint

I would like to add East Midland events to the relevant page on the wiki, but I can only see limiting results to one country, whereas I would like to limit to a bbox (or possibly a .poly file format). We currently have regular events in 3 cities with occasional ad hoc events elsewhere in the region. It would be nice to avoid having to update the wikipage each time after an event.
