No options to post selfies appear

After installing the extension for chrome no options to add a selfie have appeared.

Windows 8
Chrome Version 36.0.1985.143 m

Additional information, I use GitHub enterprise and Github

Hi there Thomas. I suspect this is probably a manifestation of the problem we're discussing over in #49 where you now have to manually refresh the page to get the selfie options to show up. Do you see them if you refresh once you get to a pull request or issues page?

Actually this may just be GitHub Enterprise, since the extension is incompatible with the URLs Enterprise uses. I think this is actually the earliest issue / feature request, #10.
