INSIGHTS



Context

Insights provide detailed information about the various government policies and schemes, including eligibility criteria, benefits, the application process, and the documents required.


INSIGHTS is designed to help people who are unaware of government schemes including eligibility criteria, benefits, application process, and documents required. It provides a way for readers to save news and schemes, which helps to keep track of all eligible schemes which can benefit them. Schemes are also filtered so that users can get to know all eligible schemes which can benefit them. We have also used multiple sources like twitter, multiple media sources to ensure the accuracy of the data.

Provides you with real-time updates about any new policies or changes to existing scheme.

2. Dedicated Section:

In addition, the app we also have a dedicated section for the latest tweets about government schemes.

3. News Section:

The app also provides a news section that keeps you updated, which allows individuals to keep in track.

Whether it's a new education policy, healthcare scheme or housing benefit, we've got you covered!


Steps to run it

Step 1: Clone the repository Firstly, you will need to clone the repository that contains the React Native project onto your local machine. You can do this by running the following command in your terminal:
   git clone <repository URL>

Step 2: Install dependencies Once you have cloned the repository, navigate to the project directory and install the required dependencies by running the following command:
   npm install

Step 3: Run the project After the installation of dependencies is completed, you can start the project by running the following command:
   npm start

Step 4: Run the app on an emulator or a physical device To run the app on an emulator, open a new terminal window, navigate to the project directory, and run the following command:
   npx react-native run-android
