With the merge of @rcarter's PR for a new audio player interface, we lost the audio volume slider. We should investigate and add that back.

I just basically grabbed the code from here:
http://daverupert.com/2014/02/sharing-podcasts/ (which I found on the simplecast blog)

I'm sure it'd be relatively straight forward add this. The volume thing was a straight HTML5 audio controls thing...
