This is the pack:

How it's supposed to look (using OptiFine HD U I6 pre6 for 1.20.1 Forge)

Did some more digging and from what I can tell it looks to be using an outdated OptiFine grid colormap. When it's updated it should look normal.

*The mod, the pack's grid colormap works properly

Can confirm, when I use vanadium, grass colors look way more vibrant than vanilla (it looks nice! but it would be nicer to be able to change it via a resource pack and not have it as default)
