Module path wasn't found on maya_plug_in_path

I tried to install the plug in through Automatic installation. But the plugin doesn't show up when opening maya. i tried this command in the script editor but i get this answer.

Which version of Maya do you have? Does it work when you install it manually?

I have maya 2024. Unfortunately I don't have access to Maya 2024 at the moment so I can't fix this bug for the time being.

I also tried it on Maya 2023 and 2020 but it didn't work either.
