No unit tests for CollectionBinder

There are no unit tests for CollectionBinder at this time. I know quite a few people are using it (including the company I work at!) and despite the general high quality and good design, the lack of unit tests scares the living daylights out of me!

I'm going to open a pull request in the next couple of days to get things started. If anyone else wants to contribute, give me a shout there.
