[Bug] Play button on website didn't appear until we entered incognito for a published space

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a new space
2. Go to the website
3. Publish the space
4. Refresh the page
5. the play button will appear for 0.5 seconds and hide immediately
6. go to incognito session with the same link
7. the play button appears on the right hand side consistently

Maybe perms related in some weird way?
I wasn't able to have others 'play' my space (as-in see and click on the "play button") until I switched the "Public Build Permissions" from private. Same issue prior, where it will appear for a split-second then hide while logged in. This was a week or-so ago.

Way more recently (ie: a few minutes ago. lol) it seems to confirm this with Pietru's Tycoon space that I couldn't view his until he changed the Public Build Perms explicitly to 'Observer'; Then the play button was viewable and even it appeared in the "POPULAR" section in the client that was hidden to me before.
