Review Issue_B test point refdes before doing BoN PCB layout #27

Ensure test point refdes are up to date and identical, to make sure that the pogo pin locations remain the same and refer to the same net, copying across the most recent Issue B PCB (should be design locked) before beginning layout of the BoN card.

IssB PCB has been copied across to BoN project, needs checking and extraneous components removing.
