Is it possible that there will be clear instructions for Windows?

This is a very interesting project. I really hope that someday there will be clear instructions on how to set it up on windows.
For example, on my Windows 10, there are no iex or iwr commands on the command line. I'm not a big fan of Powershell and prefer to run commands in a regular CMD window (as this can be used in a BAT script without the extra tricks like Powershell).
In particular, I would like to understand sequentially what data, and where to get it, should be entered into the configuration file. To be able to start teldrive.exe, for example from the scheduler, to work in the background.
