I successfully logged on to Azure and ado. I´m at the point of creating an Aggregator instance in Azure.
Executing “aggregator-cli install.instance --verbose --name cli-demo --resourceGroup aggregator-cli-demo --location westeurope” is giving me an error as shown in the attached image.

I got similar problem with Kudu.
