The v2 of AWS SDK for Go was GA in Jan 2021 (https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/developer/aws-sdk-for-go-version-2-general-availability), we should use it for better performance and maintainability (https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2/tree/main/service/acmpca)
