Issue

User can't pull in Archivista helm chart as a chart dependency via helm cli helm dependency command given the helm Chart.yaml schema only accepts chart repository URLs.

Solution

Requesting Archivista helm chart be published to a helm repository and thus externally available for users to pull in via helm cli or as a helm dependency.

A way to accomplish this could be through use of gitlab pages.
