What software are you requesting to be packaged?

Describe the motivation
SRV3 parser and converter to other formats

Additional context
Mono C# app that targets .NET Framework 4.8, may need some stupid patches

Also requires Mono's msbuild to also be built https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/mono-msbuild/-/blob/main/PKGBUILD
