Option to only synchronize a subset of Geo-Objects with DHIS2 based on a filter

User stories

As a Registry Administrator, I am unable to synchronize only a subset of a given set of Geo-Objects of the same type with an organization unit group. For example, if I would only like to add district hospitals of type A to the relevant 'type A district hospital' organization unit group in DHIS2, there is no way to do this through the synchronization profile - GeoPrism Registry synchronizes all Geo-Objects of the same type.

Proposed solution

In the configuration modal for DHIS2 synchronization profiles, allow an option to filter out Geo-Objects based on multiple attribute values.
