It has been reported that v6.6.1 still has issues with the resource group outputs. See https://github.com/terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-powervs-infrastructure/actions/runs/12349986060/job/34462087287#step:6:1336

Can we add a test to pr_test.go to catch this (since we have consumers consuming directly from github), and also fix the issue?
